Slumbara drives the enchanted tooth through Delia's chest. There is a sickening crack noise as her chest collapses and her heart fountains blood all over the place. Slumbara has now deprived the world of a pair of beautiful breasts and the group's current employer.

Delia falls to the ground, gets slightly adorable "X" marks in the eyes like an Order of the Stick character who has just perished.
Slumbara: I hope you are right Volmalric
Slumbara: Because if you weren't, then Slumbara murdered the nice lady for no reason
Volmalric is busy shoving a bunch of powder into Meltam's arm to immobilize it
GM: Volmalric has been pretty susceptible to murdering female NPCs lately. Just an observation.

Volmalric dumps the powder into the gaping dagger wound, but in his excitement does not take proper safety precautions. As a result of his actions, the arm stops moving, but then the dagger pops out, drops towards the ground, and stabs Volmalric in the foot. It ruptures the shoe and a reptilian claw spawns from his foot.
Slumbara examines Delia for signs of snake-monster-ism
Meltam and Volmalric both look at the foot in horror, which then kicks Volmalric's good foot and knocks him to the ground.

Meltam engages in some sorcerous incantaations and he screams as smoke begins pouring from every open orifice (yes, even that one, Slumbara checked). Then he radiates intense heat and there is a dense cloud that forms, followed by a clap of thunder...and when the smoke clears...
Slumbara: This is fine
Slumbara: This isn't concerning at all
There is a 1' tall Mongoose with a lizard arm staring blankly at its adorable, fuzzy little hands.
Well, one hand is adorable and fuzzy, the other looks more like lizardman arm.
Volmalric: This is slightly concerning
Volmalric: Hey, Slumbara, did you ever want to be part lizard?
Volmalric: How far up Volmaric's leg is the transformation?
Slumbara: Hmm, which part
Slumbara: Also, your lizard parts are trying to kill you
Slumbara: Slumbara is much better at killing things, so that might be dangerous

Then Meltam flops to the ground and begins gasping like a fish out of water and thrashing around. Then the white ooze starts leaking from his pores. Then he turns into a lump of sodden gooey flesh, like what would happen if all the bones were removed from a mongoose and then it was skinned while alive. It would be pretty horrific to watch if the rest of the party was actually watching it.
Volmalric: Mitra
Volmalric rips the dagger from his foot like King Arthur drawing Excalibur from the Stone, he feels a sharp prick in his hand like something just bit him.
Volmalric: Please don't let that happen to me
His foot begins flailing around and trying to kick things, but since Volmalric has control of the attached leg the result is pretty comical.
Volmalric: Slumbara, start a fire if you can?

Legs and arms pop out the side of the dagger like a centipede, then a snake face on the dagger extends out on a neck until it turns into a nasty looking metallic creature with a very very sharp back end.
Volmalric: The transformation stopped at my foot

The inside-out mongoose Meltam makes some gurgle and sploot noises, and then there is another poof of gray smoke and Meltam reappears, much as he looked about ten minutes ago before he tried being a lizardman, mongoose, and a lump of boneless goo.

Delia: Oh, fine.
Delia: But I do rather enjoy some facets of their existence, mostly the non-sliminess of personal contact.

Delia: Very well, here is my monologue. Once I kill you and acquire the tooth, I can use it to kill the Scholar King who is keeping me imprisoned here. He is old and senile enough that he forgot he stuck me here in the first place. After he is dead I will be free of this fish bowl and able to return to Stygia, where I shall rule for millennia as I open portals into the Nether Realms and allow for the summoning of the countless legions of Set's reptilian cohorts.
Slumbara: Well I can't say I like that last part
Volmalric: Sounds ambitious for a fish
Delia: Your erstwhile dead companion, now permanently dead thanks to your recent plunging of the enchanted tooth through her chest, was quite instrumental in helping me out, she even made sure, in a previous iteration of her existence here, to weaken the wards so I can force myself back into Hyboria. So, now we fight, where it all began, and the winner gets to be free in the real world, while the loser gets stuck in this fishbowl for a very long time, since you hold the only key to permanently escaping this place.
Delia shimmers in a green light for a second, then the world around you melts away.
Then you find yourself standing in a place that seems very familiar, and yet very ancient. Before you stands a large winged serpent as the dagger claws itself free of the stone.
Servitor of set: Go on, take your best shot.
Slumbara lets out a battle cry and charges at the snake-monster
