I have been watching this game since it first came to my attention on Steam.  It looks amazing and I have a long standing appreciation for the setting that Games Workshop has created, even if I do not necessarily like the company's business practices.  (I believe they created paid DLC, monthly subscription costs, and alienating their existing fan base long before it became the 'norm' for developers.)  While the game looks amazing, given Creative Assembly's gross money grab DLCs (check out Rome 2 and Atilla) combined with GW's proven design methodologies and...it is going to have to be a pass.  I would almost expect the game to operate this way:  $60 for a loading screen.  Want a menu to play the game, that's a $5 DLC?  Want a race to play single-player, those are $20 each?  Want sound effects, that's a $15 DLC?  Want HD video, that's a $30 DLC.

Moral of the story, it looks great, wait until a Steam sale when the "Diamond Encrusted Platinum Coated Game of the Year Edition" is 50% off.  By then it might be usable because it will have been patched enough it runs on machine that match the hardware specifications.
